Couple brings flavorful fine dining to SFC

Husband-and-wife restaurateurs, Ali and Marcie Barker, have returned to Northeast Ohio to oversee dining at South Franklin Circle.  Most recently, they ran The Bistro on the Boulevard in St. Joseph, Michigan. Ali serves as executive chef and Marcie is food and beverage manager. In the early 1990s the Barkers were proprietors of Piperade restaurant in downtown Cleveland, bringing with them a wealth of experience from opening Union Square Cafe in New York City.
