Becoming a Resident of South Franklin Circle
- Choose the home style that best suits your lifestyle. South Franklin Circle offers you the most choice with apartments of various sizes, town homes, duplex garden homes, and freestanding cottages.
- Sign a Priority Reservation Agreement with attached Residency Agreement and submit a refundable deposit of $1,000 to reserve your choice of home.
- Within fifteen (15) days, submit the $250 non-refundable processing fee and the balance of the refundable Entrance Fee Deposit to equal 10% of the total Entrance Fee, less the $1,000 Priority Reservation Agreement. All deposit checks should be made out to South Franklin Circle.
- Complete and submit the confidential financial statement.
- Provide Custom Building Requirements and payments when requested during construction of South Franklin Circle and submit the health assessment when construction is nearly complete to confirm that independent living is appropriate.
- Make plans to move to South Franklin Circle, by signing the Care and Residency Agreement and submitting the remaining 90% of the Entrance Fee.
