Meet Fitness Expert Joan Pagano

Manhattan-based fitness expert and nationally recognized author Joan Pagano leads an interactive discussion about creative ways to fit exercise into busy lifestyles. Following the presentation, guests will enjoy a complimentary lunch.

Pagano, a Cleveland native, is the author of “Strength Training for Women” and “Eight Weeks to a Younger Body.” Formerly the manager of a one-on-one training facility, she now supervises her own staff of fitness specialists who work together as Joan Pagano Fitness Group. Dr. Post is Professor of Bioethics and Family Medicine at the School of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Senior Research Scholar in the Becket Institute at St. Hughs’ College, Oxford University. He is president of the Institute of Research for Unlimited Love, founded in 2001 with a grant from the John Templeton Foundation.
