Their sloped roofs, gabled wings and large windows recall the estate architecture of the Western Reserve. Every apartment unit has an outdoor terrace or a balcony that overlooks a variety of landscapes from wetlands to meadows, woodlands or village greens. South Franklin Circle apartments vary from one-bedroom with den to two-bedrooms

Assisted Living Apartments
The two-story assisted living complex for seniors is located adjacent to the
Community Center with direct access to the clinic and physical therapy spaces.
The front entry porch overlooks the village activity while the two building wings
create a secure courtyard. The building features 40 units that comprise one-bedroom
apartments, studios, common living and dining spaces with fireplaces that spill
out into the planted courtyard for quality senior living.
